Good news for GM and GM fans. Is GM getting better or is the auto industry just getting worse in general?

DETROIT (June 20, 2013) — General Motors Co. for the first time ranked atop a closely watched survey measuring new-vehicle quality, while Ford Motor Co. continued to be dragged down by its electronic features.
