Well they didn't lie about anything. Might be a bit exaggerated though.

I dont know... I can think of a few other cars that have great performance, luxurious space, and refined comfort LOL.

But the question is.. How much does the SS cost.. Because all other cars that are high performance + good space + luxury and comfort are $$$

I like to think that emails like this are always a good sign that something more is soon to come. This flows right into the mention on this forum of much more things to come in the next month.

Just disappointed there still isn't any new Chevy SS information or anything new on the 2014 Chevy SS section of Chevrolet's website.

Good point. They already seem to think highly of the SS. It is a cool sedan and all but it needs to maintain a lower price, lower than what was originally speculated/rumored.

Hopefully they'll be smart about pricing.

I guess we won't know until pricing is released but does anyone think this SS will appeal to current GXP owners. After seeing the details I'm thinking probably not. I was hoping to get an SS and still might but have been looking at used GXP's after seeing some of the details for this SS. Maybe an upgrade for G8 GT owners? Just thinking out loud. Not much else to do between the reveal and when the car hits showrooms.

If I owned a G8 GT, I wouldn not buy a SS Sedan.
It's the same car.

If I LOVED my G8, I'd do long tubes, a blower, and a dyno tune and keep it long term.

Just about right.

I'd do that and some interior/exterior modifications just to get it looking better and having the tech similar to what newer cars would have. But performance is where it's at.

Some might. Loyal owners might want the newest and latest.
