Here's one of the axle back portion just forward off the muffler. No flange connection like the G8. Have to pull the clamp to verify, but it looks like a slide in connection.
This setup looks chintzy. I'm disappointed that it's not flanged like the G8. Hopefully a nice Kooks G8 system will fit the SS to gain an OEM flanged connection and open up the world of axleback possibilities already out there.
