In a few other threads some people were 'on the fence' between the SS and a CTS-V.
To each his own; I was going to order one of the last V-Sportwagon's until the specs and pricing of the SS were announced.
So if anyone is contemplating ordering a new CTS-V better run over to your friendly Cadillac dealer ASAP because:
2014 Sportwagon final order due date 3-20-14
2015 initial order acceptance and start of production TBD
note: V's are not separated from non-V's so it may be sooner for V's
2014 Coupe final order due date 3-20-14
2015 initial order acceptance and start of production TBD
note: V's are not separated from non-V's so it may be sooner for V's
2014 Sedan final order due date 4-24-14
2015 initial order acceptance 4-17-14 and start of production 7-21-14
note: V's (which are old body style) are not separated from the new body style CTS's so I would deduce the V sedans would be the same as the Sportwagon and Coupe.
I have heard nothing from my sources about the continuation of the old body V's as well as non-V coupes and sportwagons but it was supposedly to be a one year production run. It is possible if sales are strong they may continue because they are pure profit at this point but with the ATS coupe and the V-sports I think not.
So if anyone is contemplating ordering a new CTS-V or for that matter a coupe or sportwagon better run over to your friendly Cadillac dealer ASAP.
