All...I've been out of the racing circle for many years and now since buying the SS and hearing everyone enthusiasm about racing; I've decided to look more into Drag racing & weekend road course racing..Looking at Tire Rack for DOT Drag Radials and rims, etc..I'm liking the Nitto Proxy DOT Drag Radials and liking the 315's for more contact patch but only in 18'"?...Need your opinions, comments, suggestions on wheel size, width, etc...(Note: last time I drag raced the 96" GS Vette, the Nitto's gripped so well I shattered the Rear End causing serious tooth decay!)..LOL

M/T is the only drag radial you should get! nothing beats it period!

I also had much superior results with the MTs on my 2011 and 2014 Mustang GTs than with the Nittos.I ran them on six different tracks for comparison. PS DON'T get caught 100 miles from home on Friday night in hard rain with DRs unless you need some real fear factor in your life!!
