Honestly? The only thing I could think of is atleast 5000 signatures on a petition and thats as far as my thinking takes me. If first year production hasn't even started yet, there is a possiblity to get some by the end of the 2014 production run with enough confirmed buyers willing to put down a deposit for a SS along with a signature asking for a stick.
