Congratulations. You need to put more miles on the SS! What are the specs of the Camaro sitting in the garage?
I'm gonna go visit my folks an hour away today.....so should have another good 120 ish today alone. It all depends on if mom, dad, and 'lil sis wanna drive it too.

The Camaro is a '13 1LE with some "Houston Stock" bolt-ons. Cam,ARH LTs, K&N CAI, and a tune. 475/460 to the back tires on a stingy Mustang Dyno. Pat G camshaft spec if you're wondering. Most cars need Ported cylinder heads and U/D pulleys to achieve those numbers. Pat G is THE MAN when it comes to LS powered stuff.

I use this term frequently....something you can't truly appreciate unless you live here....go to a Houston Coffee and Cars and you will see everything from a 1000hp hoopty to 1000hp supercar....daily driven.

Definitely crazy here for sure. Houston has such a HUGE car fan crowd and the need for modifying is as contagious as Heroin in the Seattle scene. I have the addiction bad too. I have bought a new cars every year for the past 6 years and none of them have been bone stock when traded. I've probably lost a good 50K in mods alone....let alone depreciation and all that other crap.

I can't stop....and these damned forums with ideas don't help at all:panic:

You and I can start a self-help group in Houston. Though I don't know if I can get past Stage 1, accepting that I have a problem...my wife will probably have to admit it is a problem for me...then again, bills get paid, debt is virtually zero, and it doesn't cut into savings...so then again, maybe it isn't a problem.

With the SS, I am looking to go beyond 'Houston Stock'...I just can't stand the thought of the LS motor having less than 600whp haha.

Extra stealthy without the SS trunk badge.
Thanks, I thought so too:biggrin:

Love the driveway pair, very similar to mine. SIM SS outside of the Carolina's still floating and landed is an IBM 2010 SS Camaro with likely the same 475 RWHP with so many mods I simply cannot keep track anymore...

No kidding! That's why I think I need to trailer it back to my residence; going to take some time for the SIM to rid itself of its sea legs!
