Customer Service and Recognition

Customer satisfaction is such an important factor with any business and working hard to meet and exceed customer expectations is becoming a common practice across many organizations in order to retain and attract new customers.

However the true test for an orgainzation's level of service is when things don't necessary go as planned and difficult decisions have to be made. It is in these times that really reflect the character of the organization!

I'd like to recognize Leman's Chevrolet in Bloomington Ill for their outstanding service. Without going into any detail, there was a moment that it could have become problematic and without hesitation decisions were made based on the best interest of the me, the customer.

If there is a GM or Chevrolet Customer Service representative in the forum interested in more details please let me know.

It would be great to send a special recognition to the dealership for going above and beyond! I've already told many people of the positive experience. And would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future even though there are several closer dealerships.

You really should let everyone know what they did, that will let other customers recognize them and let them know that is the reason they came to shop at their dealership.

Bloomington Chevrolet / Leman's Chevy

When initially ordering the car, I broke down and purchased the extended warrantee. Before picking the car up I called and changed my mind and they said no worries they would contact the finance company and let them know. Shortly afterwards, I was contacted and told the finance company would hold onto the documents until I came in and picked up the car and then they would reconfigure documents. Well when I went to pick up the vehicle it was discovered someone at the finance company went ahead and processed the documents without taking off the extended warrantee.

For a moment it could of became very ugly however without hesitation the dealership conatcted someone else at the finance company and corrected the problem.

This is a reflection of their commitment to their customers!
