Customer satisfaction is such an important factor with any business and working hard to meet and exceed customer expectations is becoming a common practice across many organizations in order to retain and attract new customers.
However the true test for an orgainzation's level of service is when things don't necessary go as planned and difficult decisions have to be made. It is in these times that really reflect the character of the organization!
I'd like to recognize Leman's Chevrolet in Bloomington Ill for their outstanding service. Without going into any detail, there was a moment that it could have become problematic and without hesitation decisions were made based on the best interest of the me, the customer.

It would be great to send a special recognition to the dealership for going above and beyond! I've already told many people of the positive experience. And would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future even though there are several closer dealerships.
