Any ideas for replacing the front Bowtie? I ordered the cross flag for the rear and thinking of painting/plasti dip the front but would entertain other options that involves replacing the Bowtie completely.

I ordered the Center caps off of ebay, a cheaper alternative to the GM price.. of course they are made in Korea.. I had to remove the backing due to the fact the corvette caps are bigger, I then drilled 2 holes in the bowtie center caps and Plastic epoxyed them to the bowtie center caps.. Make sure u score the back of the cross flags center and remove the nubs.. you will see what i'm talking about when you take them apart.. As far as the front Grille i haven't decided what to do yet.. most likely will black out the GOLD Bowtie as it's Too in your face for my liking.. If i designed the car i would have put the SS in front and a small bowtie on the corner of the grill somewhere,,

Thank you. I agree with you. The SS Emblem would look much better. I'm disappointed Chevy didn't use it or something more unique, stylish or distinguished for the "All new 2014 Chevy SS.... no, Just SS". I was watching a movie yesterday and saw the SS Emblem on the front grill of an older "muscle" car like the El Camino SS and just....SIGHED....

The bumper has to come off to remove the upper grill. You can order a Holden version of the grill currently. I have yet to see any plain grills or any grills other than the bow tie and Holden badge.

I have never cared much for the bowtie logo, but these new giant gold bowtie's are too much IMO.

I agree the GOLD BOWTIE was way too much for my liking, they have the same bowtie on the little car they sell that looks like a shoe..

They couldve done the center of the bowties in the body color and made them blend a lot better that way. I do kinda like that they didnt plaster the exterior with SS badges though.

There is the upper grill on the JG SS. Its is just grill with nothing else.
