I've sent two pm's to Chevrolet Customer Care to get the build info on my SS with no response.
Are they still around, or unable to answer that kind of query?

You are better off sending them an email. There was just a thread up here a week or two ago about this same topic... and emails are getting very quick responses from CCC.

@Jarunning just saw your sig. Your OBM auto with no options is 1 of 8!

That's the 2nd most rare combo of all OBMs. Only a manual w/ no options is more rare than that (1 of 6). Useless info but interesting.

Thanks for the info. I had sent a PM before holidays and no response then did another one after the new year. Hopefully email method works

E-mail is definitely the way to go. I was in the same boat in November and December with multiple PM requests and no response. Within a week of sending an e-mail in early January, I had a response. A few days later I had build data.

Yep, via email I got an immediate response, within a few days I got my info.
