That's a real tight gap for an N/A LS. I run around 0.045-0.050 N/A on my other LS, I went down to 0.035 on a 1 step colder plug when I had a nitrous setup. I wouldn't think you'd need to be below 0.030" unless you're on a pretty serious power adder setup. Looks like the stock LS3 gap from searching is 0.042"?

It is tight but I trust the tuner unconditionally.

So the verdict is TWO cracked plugs. Dang!

She’s on the dyno now between runs, letting her cool off. We’re up to 393/388 in 93 degree weather

Still can’t believe how we hit 373 yesterday same weather, without a tune and with two cracked plugs. I knew I loved LS motors for a reason.

Or! Stay with me here because I’m about to suggest something crazy. Or, not install the new ones either until AFTER the headers
