The spare tire has the specifications as the front tires. However, there is a sticker on the wheel that states temporary use. Is the spare the same as the front tires and can the spare be used as part of a rotation of the front tires?

I am guessing that sticker is on there as a reminder that if it is used on the rear, it is temporary. Should make no difference if on the front.
