December was a really bad time for carnage on boxes in transit. Thanks for reporting back with pics. I've stepped up to another level with the internal packaging since seeing pics like yours of the recent thrashing the boxes have been receiving.
Only last week my run (of 12 months of shipping internationally every day with no breakages) got broken...thankfully it was only 2 quite inexpensive parts I had to replace and it won't cause any delay to that guys plans.
