If I want it to rain, all I do is wash my car. Have only used the Foam at Car Washes so far and the drive-thru touchless washes. Have not put a brush or any kind or material on my paint since Feb 14th when i purchased it. As it warms up here in Michigan I plan to do a detail and Polish/Wax, however not using anything but foam and soap and water from a sprayer has kept her nice and clean and no spots. Love it!
