When I first bought the car, i emailed my agent and the next day he said it was added to my policy. He mentioned that the ID cards would be updated online in 3 to 4 days. 5 days latter the ID cards still didn't have the SS shown on them. Long story short, after contacting him again, he said that the car pulled up as a grey vehicle and that they would have to send it to underwriting to get this cleared up. I had to explain to them that this was a Chevy, and it was sold here in the US, and that is not imported in as a Holden (even had to send them the link to SS on Chevy's website). In the end it got straightened out, but i'm curious to see if anyone else had issues.
My Allstate agent had no problem and had my new cards and policy to me in a week. Price went up over my 2014 Mustang GT which I wasn't thrilled with other than this car was about $10,000 higher sticker price!!
