I keep checking the Chevy website for accessories for our cars. NOTHING.
Can Chevy Customer Service comment on that? Holden badges aside, I'm sure things like black out trim, different wheels etc (things that holden offers) could be done through chevy.

I'll give Chev customer care a prod for a response on this one.

I know you can order the black out window trim from your dealer. Crazy Paulknows the most cost effective way to do that. with the long upper piece ordered locally as it is too costly to ship, however the 4 short pieces (door window sillk) can be shipped cheaper from Australia than can be bougt from a dealer I believe.

just to chime on on accessories, I would like to know if the enterior flashy trim can be had in black, today the sun was high and it was basically blinding me to the point where I had to hold my hand either over it or my eyes, I couldn't see straight. That's gotta be the dumbest thing ever.

I am talking about the piece around the GPS

I've heard quite a few complaints re the chrome/metal trim from here in Aus aswell and I know the lower models here come with black trim or the faux carbon trim. Crazy Paul would be the guy to speak to as he has access to part numbers and also if it is available to purchase,

already doing a real carbon fiber interior parts no need for fax carbon crap. any of you that put fake carbon stuff on a 50k car need to have your head examined!

don't forget i have these done already. already taking preorder for them.

i do G8 ones for about $150 a side with a core charge. so they should be close to that but a tad more since they are larger and there are three pieces not just two. also there will core charge since well you have to consider the part itself on these are about $100+ new at the dealer. you are also talking just for the trim that goes across is about $300+ new. so plan on cores being about that or more.

how long when i get some time to do them. i have parts but have a lot of other things to do. when i get them done i will need to test them as well over a good period of time in the sun, heat etc.

Any chance they can update the website too? I think GPS chrome trim should be replaced under warranty as a safety issue since the driver is simply blinded!!

so you're just doing a carbon wrap over stock trim and not a real replacement piece entirely of carbon then?

did you check with dealer for Accessories? as I PM'ed Customer care the other day to which the response was they'd look into it.

I have a fair idea of the decals and side marker trim.
