Ordered 10-23. Silver, spare no roof.

Just got the word yesterday and confirmed today : '3450 Import Vehicle Produced' as of 12/13/2013

Well this is good news and bad news.

The good:

It will almost certainly make the last boat this year so it won't be sitting in the storage lot baking in the heat for weeks on end going nowhere fast.

If invoiced/delivered to dealer the last few weeks in February I'll get $500 auto show bonus cash!

The snarky exhaust sound is getting louder in my head.

The bad:

Will make it to the east coast end of February or beginning of March so with my luck there will be salt on the roads for the 10 mile trip from the rail head to the dealer, the weather will be cold and snowy all of March and it will snow the beginning of April! (right now its freezing raining ... the 4th snow/sleet/freezing rain/road salt event in 2 weeks!) ... I really was hoping it would be built after the summer shutdown.

Will be a tad short on maxing out this years GM card earnings. Every dollar counts.

Built Friday 12-13. I hope that's not a bad omen.

But anyhow, I feel bad for you guys who ordered way before me and whose dealers played games with your orders and your cars haven't been built yet. Keep the faith, it will be worth the wait.

You are in a way luckt if it maes the boat it was a scorcher here yesterday, a belter today and tommorow it's gonna take a spatula to peel me off the ground. all in celcius of course 38, 41 and tomorrow 43 (109 in your money I believe) and that's in Adelaide 25 kilometres out it will be a bit warmer.

Don't drive the SS on any snow covered roads, I tried today and couldn't get two houses away! Back in the garage until the new rims arrive.

What's the relative humidity like? (or dew point)
