New tranny from GM same size as 6 speed weighs less I believe also.Will it be the ZF or the same Aisin of the CTS V-Sport?
Even if it is the ZF, one would be attached to the LT1, the other to a TTV6. The number of LS3s with 8-speed ATs remains the same: zero.
Not to mention caked intake valves. Makes a lot of torque though.I'm fine with the 6 speed honestly.
And as far as LT1 is concerned; NOPE. I've had my fair share of direct injection tuning with the Mazdaspeed3 and I don't think most realize how much DI sucks for aftermarket tuning. I'll take the LS3 and easy power.
Really? Interesting if so. Where did you get this?The 2015 was already confirmed with the LS3 and no other changes as far as powertrain goes. The only thing not conformed are the colors.
