This is difficult for me because I really love this car, but I am going to sell my SS. I am moving to an electric car.
I bought it brand new in December of 2013 from Henna Chevrolet in Austin and it currently has 61,748, with a few extra expected to be added (not much since I already have my replacement vehicle). I joined this forum in early 2013 and like many others on this site, waited anxiously for these cars to arrive to the US.
Here are the specs:
-Red Hot.
-Sunroof.
-Inflator kit (no spare).
-Automatic (debated whether or not to actually state that).
-Original Monroney Window sticker.
-Shipping blocks.
-Factory brochure/booklet.
Add ons:
-Xpel Ultimate paint protection film (installed July 2014) on the entire hood, front bumper, front fenders, side mirrors, a pillars, and rocker panels all the way to the back. The film is in good shape still, except for a little scraping under the front bumper (one of my pics will show this). 10 year warranty card in hand.
-Llumar Ceramic tint CTX-30 (front) and CTX-15 (rear) put on right when I bought it, still in great shape. Lifetime warranty card in hand, but I think they only honor for the original owner.
-Holden "leather" owners manual case (with all the original manuals).
-Covercraft windshield sun shade, designed to fit our cars exactly (Pontiac G8, to be specific).
-K&N air filter (put in almost right away, still have the original factory filter).
-Livernois plug in tune (Aggressive), done in 2017 with appx 25k miles. I have the device and can easily remove the tune if preferred. Happy to give the new owner the device but you'd need to engage with Livernois to purchase your own tune if you ever want their support on it. This is my understanding, don't hold me to that please.
Other info:
-The car has been garage kept it's entire life, I have used it as my daily, but it is in a covered parking garage at work, and the past 3 years have been mostly work from home anyway.
-It's never seen snow or ice.
-I own it free and clear, title in hand.
-I tracked it one time, at Circuit of the Americas for a beginners session (appx 8 laps total). Really fun but not hard on the car.
-It has attended several NASCAR and F1 races (Ft Worth and COTA).
-I do enjoy driving it like it is meant to be, but I am by no means rough on this car; I go easy on it the first few miles at first start up in the mornings, park in BFE, yell at neighbor kids if they come too close to it, etc
-I used to be better about twice a year clay bar and waxes, but it's been over a year and could probably use that.
-After letting the dealer do it for free the first two times, I've done all oil and filter changes myself.
-I had the transmission, coolant, and rear diff all flushed in Nov 2018 at 42k miles.
-All 4 Brake pads and brake fluid changed in 2020 at 52k miles along with all 4 rotors resurfaced.
-Front tires are Michelin Pilot Sport A/S installed Dec 2015 at 23k miles (rears were done at this time as well).
-Rear tires are Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 Plus installed Jan 2019 at 44k miles.
-I have every single piece of paper/receipt for all the work done on this car, which aside from recall items (steering rack, etc), tires, fluids, batteries and brakes, was absolutely nothing. No issues whatsoever with this car.
Full disclosure section:
-There is a small rick chip on the front hood that happened prior to the Xpel film being applied. Also one near the leading edge of the roof, and a small scrape near the passenger's side rear door. There is a very difficult to see dent in the rear drivers side door, no clue how it happened, and it requires viewing from a certain angle to see it. There is also some curb rash on the wheels. The pics I'm including will show all of this.

I am open to offers but please understand I am listing it for the first time tonight, and only on this forum (for now). I do have recent Caravana, Carmax, and Vroom offers to compare but of course those are lower than I'm asking for it because I think the condition warrants it. I live in Cedar Park, which is just outside of Austin TX.
I took very good care of this car, was essentially the only driver (other than my wife a few times). But, I did use it for living life, and some of the nicks and cosmetic blemishes show that. I am going to miss this car, I hope I can find a good owner to take care of it.
