From the looks of this teaser image, seems like we will be getting at least one projector, other light looks to be a halogen DRL.

And is that a row of LEDs?

Pretty sure that's a row of LED day lights running over the top of the projector lamp and down in between it at the halogen. Seems to be a nice clean design that should give it a distinctive look on the street.

LEDs will be down low like the new impala and shown on the Nascar versions.

It looks close to the G8 headlight design but the chevrolet ss sedan headlight does have it's differences.

I think it's hard to make the headlight completely different, although I wish they did something more along the lines of what european and japanese car makers are doing with their luxury vehicles.

this is a sedan that needs to stay true to what an american car is. it can have all the new fancy stuff but not be completely european inspired. Personally I hate the whole LED lighting strip thing.

This is Audi trying out new things and trying to be unique but ****! those are some ugly headlamps. I'll just stick with good old american headlamps!

Here's an update on how the Chevy SS headlight setup look. Not impressive but it's not bad at all. I just wish we had a dual projector setup and more of an updated look.

any idea if we get HID's with these projectors or are they just going to throw in halogen headlight bulbs?

The build sheet lists hid's so I'm sure the lows will be hid and the highs will be halogens.

I would be disappointed if it wasn't xenon. Hoping for a nice sharp projector cutoff.

Just saw that, thanks. I just wonder how good the HID's and projector are. For all we know it could be entry-level things they put in for our headlight setup. Already it doesn't seem to be too impressive.

G8 and VE Commodore projectors are quite good. They also are good for HID swaps as well.
