I bought my SS as I am an Aussie, and have loved Holden's since I was a little boy. One of the main reasons is I love my Motorsport and my SuperCars Racing, and in the SuperCars Championship here Down Under, the Holden teams ran with the VF SS between 2013-2017. My favourite team is Triple 8 Race Engineering, and my favourite drivers are Jamie Whincup, Shane Van Gisbergen and Craig Lowndes. The VF SS has, in those 5 years won the Drivers championships 4 times, teams championships 4 times, the Enduro Cup 4 times, and the Bathurst 1000, Australia’s biggest motorsport race, 3 times in those 5 years. The old saying, win on Sunday, sell on Monday, made me want to own a VF SS, and I have had one since September 2017. That’s the reason I have the VF SS, and I Love it and I will never get rid of it! And my car is almost identical to the last ever Australian car ever produced, the last Holden Commodore VF SS-V Redline that rolled out of the factory on the 20th of October 2017. Except mine is an Auto, has silver around the side windows and on the grill, (where as the 2017 ones are black) and is 1 year older.
