there was a solstice back near 10 years ago , that had a LSX 428" stroker that made right about 1000whp from what i remember , it used a harrop tvs2300 , and they detuned to around 800 since it was kinda a sleeper on the OE tires and wheels

well here is a 980 rwhp , already above your supposed highest , 1300+rwhp on the bottle , its a long video , but its one of a couple 4 digit cars in my area , so believe they are out there or not

I think the make a lsa kit so I assume you could use the lsa drive and at least have a 8 rib direct drive.
I'm at the point where I need to think about a ten rib setup for my Whipple, and I'm thinking about trying this blower out.
I've got use to my current power level, it feels slow now and it's time for more.
I'm getting my custom made front end drive assembly from this guy, he makes awesome stuff. Mine will be 8 rib.

I believe he can make whatever you ask for....just email and tell him what you have and what you want. He's probably already built [email protected]

Only $700.00

ls conversion brackets-LSSimplemp112 Magnuson / TVS 2300 power Adder Kit for straight and strong supercharger belt wrap. Comes with LSsimple kit and heavy duty tensioner kit ? LSSimple email [email protected] with desired combonations

Oh yes, seen that car before. It was mentioned earlier in this thread.
I think it has the #3 spot for blower only RWHP with a 2300 SC'er. Not to take anything away from them.....badass car. But they use bags of ice, Meth, tall slicks and an extremely expensive full race built 427ci stroker engine with very expensive Brodix heads to get that 960 RWHP.

Vengeance uses no ice, street radials and no Meth to get over 940 RWHP on only a 416ci engine with STOCK LSA heads...... If they swap heads to Brodix, use ice and meth, they will absolutely go over 1,000 RWHP. But thats not what every day street cars do.......those are dyno tricks and RACE TRACK ONLY types of cars.

But all pretty kickass set ups with a 2300 SC'er.

But still nobody has ever reached 1,000 RWHP with any style 2300 series SC'ers using blower only....and no dyno tricks.

Maybe some day.

Harrop TVS2650 Supercharger

.
4950 is for the body exchange, no kit. 10k is for the kit.

I dknt believe you when you say they will be 3k kne year from today. How silly. Not when they are still charging 7k for 2300 and adm 6k for lsa...

CORRECT....then you have a 2650 SC'er.......and perhaps it might be better because the TVS 2300 cases and air inlet snout can be ported.....the Harrop case cannot. Time will tell on that.....

Wow....have you read this thread at all....lol.....

The brand new Harrop 2650 is SOLD and DELIVERED to the USA for $6,500....including shipping......BY HARROP. NOT $10,000.
It costs $9,400 for the complete SS Harrop 2650 kit.

There are shops all over the USA, including Fountain Race Engines in Tampa....that sell the brand new Harrop 2650 in a Harrop box for the same $6,500, with a bunch of little extra parts too.

TVS 2300 SC'ers are a monumental RIP-OFF. WHY....its all people think they can get. Well now those prices will be falling too.

And not sure where you shop.....but I have prices for complete install of a TVS2300, heat exchanger, lines, fuel injectors, and a full dyno tune.....$7,500...from a professional shop that only installs 2300's as one of their specialties. And that includes a cowl mod to make it fit into my car.

Wait till Edelbrock and Maggy start selling their LS compatible 2650s........they will drop the prices into the $3,000-$4,000 range for everyone making them. Absolutely. You know...the whole supply/demand thing.....

Just talking to Harrop about the $4,950 upgrade kit.

This is actually a price for a brand new Harrop 2650 SC'er unit, minus the manifold. It just fits onto the older FDFI 2300 manifold.

So if you have an FDFI2300 SC'er....and you want to upgrade to the 2650 SC'er.......all you do is unbolt the 2300 SC'er head unit and put the 2650 head unit onto the existing manifold.

Thats what costs $4,950.

I was told this in Australia that a 2650 roll out would drop 2300 supercharger prices. Not 2300 supercharger price drops so far.

Not sure why you think that the roll out of a new product will push prices down, you have to remember that a supercharger is not the most common item that people are buying, its very niche. I very much doubt SC prices will drop, ever. Doesn't make sense for the manufacturer, unless they're moving hundreds of thousands of units out the door each year...
