Probably a good idea. I need some too. It doesn't take going much wider for the tires to be exposed enough to kick up debris, especially now in the hot summer with sticky tires. I will not do mud flaps. I didn't even like them on my other cars.
There's wheel shops that can machine them. Do you have lot of brake clearance? Looked them up and they're 19x9.5 and 23 offset. I wonder if you can get them machined down to around 30 safely?
