Service Engine Light - Anyone had a P0121 OBD code?

I was just curious to see if anyone has had there service engine light come on and get the P0121 code? Looks like it set the code twice per my reader. It happened on my way home from work. I'm at a little over 47k miles on my SS. I've sadly gone ahead and made an appointment at a Chevy dealer to have them look at it since (I hope) it might be covered by either the powertrain warranty or the GM extended warranty.

That is a throttle position sensor code. Have you unplugged anything under the hood or had the engine washed?

I haven't done anything under the hood except check oil. I definitely haven't had the engine itself washed. The only washing I've done is the exterior wash but that was last Friday.

Also, carbon build up in the throttle body could do it, not allowing the throttle blade to come to full rest at idle.
