Custom wheels at CARiD.com

Will a 19 x 11 with 54mm offset fit the rear of our SS?

Looking to fit a 305/30/19 back there.

From my understanding, you're looking at having to do some mods if you want to do that set up in the rear.

Wow are these guys crazy expensive on wheels. The tsw wheels on every major competitors site are at least 30 percent cheaper.

This is where I bought my Lexani wheels. The wheels were just about the same as they would have been from eBay. The tires were a little better price.

But when they were delivered. They were Mounted, Balanced, Nitrogen filled, Chrome wheel weights to match on the inside of the barrel, came with lugs, hub centric spacers and best of all 100% GUARANTEED TO FIT THE CAR.

Less hassle than any other wheel purchase. Keep in mind I have purchased a LOT of wheels in the past. 1st time buying like this and I am happy.

I currently have 3 full sets of wheels and tires for the SS. would've had four but sold the 22s.

CarId is a good place to get wheels from in my opinion. Call them and make sure they are in stock, which is most likely not the case. Lexani had to custom drill and machine mine for the proper backspacing.

19 x 11 with 54mm offset rear and 305/30/19 - seems to be far away from recommended rim & tire size and it should require some modifications. However you can double check all details on fitment with our wheel specialists. They will be able to select the right custom set up if you are looking to get something hardcore.

And big thanks for a feedback to LiquidR3D ! We appreciate it!

They are very good about price matching as well. Found the product cheaper on a different saite and they matched it with absolutely no hassle!

Hi, I just wanted to document my recently experience for you or anyone to consider.

I purchased 4 custom rims from you guys a year ago. I opted to have tires installed at a local place that has a good reputation in my area. After a week of vibrations, I took the car in to make sure they aligned the car and balanced properly.
My tire guys caught one of the rims out of round.

So, I had to order a replacement from you guys. Not sure what faulted the rim, machining, shipping, pothole. Since it was not caught the day of installation.
Either way, I got a replacement rim that balanced out and had no issues.

Well a year later I have vibrations again and we believe the other side front rim is out of round now as well. Again, not sure when down the line this happened. (No it is not rotors, calipers, suspension, bearings or tire belts.)

I visited the website this week to see if you still sold the exact model I had purchased previously...to my surprise you don't. But you sell the same brand/model but for different car/hub sizes.

I contacted you via email to see if just 1 rim could be purchased like was done in the past. The first time my experience went very well. Everyone was helpful and the process went fast.

I was told that you do not carry the size rim for my car in stock and that I should check ebay or amazon. (I know most of your custom rims are NEVER in stock and are made to order products...)
Now why in the past would you sell a rim size, offer time to sell a replacement...but then take off that hub size and not offer any help to a customer with real time issues.
After a string of emails I got absolutely no where, no quote business I guess.

Anyways, I have a quote from a supplier that is willing to accept my dollar bills and I think they have one me over for any future car rim orders if listed.

Other than wheels, I will continue to shop at CariD in the future.

Thanks,

Hi, and thanks for sharing your feedback. Our wheels team is always ready to help with any questions about, rims, tires and other accessories. Apparently they were not able to get a rim in needed bolt pattern/size/offset configuration from our supplier, that is why we couldn't supply it for you.
Some rim models are very popular and we have a lot of sets laying on the shelves, other wheels are only available in limited quantities.
