Seems to me maybe the safest, most sure fire way at getting a sweet set of black wheels on my Heron White is to buy the GM/Holden stock wheels they sell on their website. That also means spending an extra $1k or so. Time will tell what I do. The issue is I prefer the Bathurst to those GM wheels. Just don't want to deal with issues, spacers, gaps, etc.

The spacers were no issue, those just slip right on and the 3mm was perfect. The gap is the only thing I am worried about now.

And yes, aftermarket wheels have a way with accentuating wheel gaps. I remember my first experience with that on a 95 GTI VR6. It looked like I could put my head on top of the tire.

Edit: Sometimes wheel shops don't communicate too well and one of the workers might not be aware of the big picture. Do you think that maybe someone in the shop was attempting to fit a rear wheel on the front?

Like those a lot! I am on the fence with getting those (the TSW Bathurst), or the TSW Nurburings. I wasn't aware you could get the Bathurst in a gun-metal like that. That might sway my decision! Good choice!

Hey Mike, Yeah I was standing there when he took the front wheel out of the box and did a test fit before putting the tires on, the Bathurst wheel for sure needs the 3mm spacer for the front, Its a +35 Offset (19x18.5). A few others with these wheels confirmed with me before I bought these that a spacer was required to clear the Brembo's. The rear clears with no spacers needed.
