Is this a glitch?...

...Got home from work this evening and notice the front and rear passenger parking lights stayed on after shutting off. After about 10 min or so they turned off by themselves. WTH is that all about? Anyone seen this themselves?IMG_20170216_181410710.jpg

Once, my right front marker lamp (only) stayed on. Thought of waiting 10 minutes to see what would happen, but decided to try starting and stopping engine and it went out.

You sure your door wasn't ajar?

These car seem to have a lot of intermittent electronic quirks.

With my car, every morning the first thing i do is drop the front windows to clear the dew off the windows. When i pull the switches to auto raise them back up it will only raise the driver side, then I wait a second or two and try the passenger again and it will go up. Doesn't happen every morning but 1 out of 5.

One time the car wouldn't detect the fob when i tried the door. So i opened it with the key and started the car like normal. Everything's fine. I don't know. Not consistent enough to be able to show it to a service department.

Coming from a SAAB, i'm inclined to call this stuff character.

The downside to having a crap ton of electronics in vehicles these days haha. Something's going to mess up or break. Glad the engine doesn't have a lot of the modern era fuel efficiency crap and all to mess up.

No doors were open and engine was off. I see mylink mentioned above, is there some sort of setting that would allow an owner to turn the parking lights off on one side?

What a weird phenomenon.

I second guess my decision to go without an extended warranty almost every day. I've never purcshased one on a car and have never had an issue that made wish I had.

I feel like this could be my first.

But I also think any new car is the same, this isn't specific to the SS ....
