Hit in a parking lot last night :(

Not that I had any faith in humanity to begin with but I am further entrenched in feeling the vast majority of people around me don't diserve the air they breathe. The only "good" thing is the rear quarter was not damaged, just the bumper cover. There goes my deductible...

Last night as we were turning into our street from date night (happy wife, happy life) we witnessed an obviously inebriated driver back into a parked vehicle in the street. We stayed there to make sure the driver fessed up to the owner and took pics of her and her plate just in case.

I don't think too many people hold others accountable for their actions nowadays. It's sad to say, but there were likely witnesses to your unfortunate event. Best luck on repairs. I hope she's back to normal soon!

I'm sorry to hear. Have you considered paying out of pocket to keep it off the Carfax? At least it's just the plastic bumper cover.

I swear some people are selfish and dishonest hitting your car and leaving.
Mobile attractions will be offering aftermarket rear diffuser in couple of months sounds like time for upgrade. I try to park away from everyone as possible and try to always park where I can see car if possible to prevent scenerios like this.

Ill see what USAA has to say about it first before making the decision to pay for it myself. The tail light got hit as well and will need to be replaced, so parts alone are going to meet by deductible. I'm not too concerned with the CARFAX since I have no intention of selling inside of 10 years.

I try to not park where I did too but in this case I had no choice. I figured it was only for 1.5 hours and it wouldn't be a problem, oops.

2015 Perfect Blue 6MT no roof with spare, 1 of 6 as optioned.
